2. Fitting and Build Kit Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed with a deposit, we guide you through a detailed fitting and design review. You’ll receive CAD drawings and a fully itemised build kit before production begins.
3. Production and Build: Components are sourced and assembled in our Sydney workshop with meticulous attention to detail. Each Bossi is hand-built to specification and tested before delivery.
4. Collection or Dispatch: Your finished bike can be collected in-store or shipped globally through our trusted freight partners, securely packed and ready to ride.
