Owning a high-quality titanium bicycle has traditionally been out of reach for many riders. The material is difficult to work with, expensive to manufacture, and often reserved for small-scale artisan production.

Our frames are produced to exacting standards and go through rigorous quality control and testing protocols to ensure safety, durability, and long-term confidence.

Our bikes are developed around clear ride outcomes: speed, stability, comfort, durability, and control.
Each model is shaped by its intended use. Road bikes are tuned for responsive handling, efficient power transfer, long-distance comfort, and modern tyre clearance. Gravel bikes are built around stability on loose surfaces, large-volume tyre compatibility, practical mounting points, drivetrain flexibility, and the durability required for hard use away from sealed roads.
Advanced manufacturing is used where it serves the bike: 3D-printed titanium structures for complex junctions, improved clearance, hydroformed tubing for refined forms, fully integrated routing, and modern standards such as T47 and UDH to support long-term compatibility.

Durability is not an afterthought. It sits at the foundation of every design. Each Bossi frame is tested to exceed ISO 4210 standards, and every frame goes through multiple quality control checks before leaving the factory, covering alignment, weld quality, tolerance, and finish.
Once frames arrive in Australia, we prepare them properly before delivery or assembly. Contact points are checked, reamed, tapped, and faced where required to ensure clean fitment and precise alignment. Complete bikes are assembled locally, individually, and methodically, rather than treated as anonymous production-line builds.
The result is a bicycle designed to ride well, last, and give confidence over years of ownership.
