Material Preparation
Before welding begins, every tube is deep cleaned multiple times and stored in sealed, sanitary conditions. Oil, dust, and residue compromise weld integrity in ways that don't show up immediately. Thorough preparation isn't an optional step. It's the foundation of every joint in every frame we build.

Double pass welds
We use 99.999% pure argon gas to create a fully inert weld environment, eliminating the oxidation that weakens joints over time. Every junction is welded twice rather than the single pass common in standard production. It takes longer. The result is a frame you can trust for decades.

Controlled Environment
Drafts, dust, and humidity all affect weld quality. Our manufacturing environment is controlled for each of these. The conditions that compromise an otherwise well-executed weld simply aren't present.

Machining & Alignment
Welding generates heat, and heat causes distortion. We machine key contact points after welding to restore precise alignment. Your components fit properly, perform as intended, and last longer for it.

Quality Control
Every frame passes 13 individual quality checks before it leaves the factory, including endoscopic inspection of the internal structure. We test to exceed ISO 4210 standards by 15%. Not because it's required. Because it's the standard we hold ourselves to.

3D Forming: Traditional Material, Modern Performance
We use 3D-printed titanium structures at critical junctions: head tubes, dropouts, areas where conventional tube-and-weld methods reach their limits. The result is more complex geometry, fully integrated cable routing, and stronger, cleaner junctions where your frame takes the most stress. Hydroforming shapes tubes into non-standard profiles without adding material or weight, applied specifically where it improves stiffness distribution, ride characteristics, or clearance. Every application is functional.

Designed For Longevity
Your Bossi is built around contemporary standards: T47 bottom bracket threading, UDH dropouts, modern tyre clearances. These aren't small details. They determine whether your frame stays compatible with the components available five or ten years from now. We build for the long term because that's the only way this makes sense as an investment.

Prototype-driven development
Every new model goes through three to four physical prototypes before production. We ride them, load test them, and refine based on what we learn. It's a slower process. It produces a bike that's been genuinely thought through, not just designed and released.
